  • If the registration is canceled after this grace period or the exam has already been taken, a refund may not be provided, or only a partial refund may be available.
  • Refunds may not be provided if the user has already received study materials or accessed exam content.
• Non-Refundable Fees:
  • Some services charge non-refundable processing fees or administrative fees that are deducted from the total refund amount.
  • Special circumstances, such as cancellations due to illness or emergency, may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
• Refund Processing Time:
  • Refunds can take a few business days to process and appear in the original payment method (credit card, bank account, etc.).

2. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation Before Exam:

• Exam Rescheduling:
  • Some platforms may offer rescheduling as an alternative to cancellation, with specific rules governing how far in advance you can reschedule and whether additional fees apply.
  • Rescheduling might not be available for all types of exams or registrations.
